The managing director of Akshaya Construction recognised his strong connection to the construction sectors even at a very young age. After obtaining his Diploma in Civil Engineering degree, he made his dream a reality, by building his platform – Akshaya Construction, to exhibit his visions to the rest of the world. He created a name for himself and the company with the spectacular civil works. He has built more than 500+ buildings since 1990’s.
Mr. Shiva Prakash.M pursued B.E. Civil from Sri Krishna Engineering College, Coimbatore and joined Akshaya Construction in 2019 as Executive Director. He is in charge of the company's complete techno-managerial function, he is more concerned with boosting the organization's productivity and efficiency in order to provide the highest level of client satisfaction. He aims to set the company with an ever-growing reputation for quality and excellence.

Renovating a 50-year-old house is quite a challenge, but the Akshaya construction team handled it well. They did the job quickly, and the final result was even better than we expected. After working with four different contractors over four years and three renovations later, we can confidently say that Akshaya Construction is the best team we've ever had....
